I. Placing an Order

To place an order, add the desired products to the basket and fill out the checkout form. Alternatively, you can contact us via email or WhatsApp with details of the products you wish to purchase, and we will consult you and answer all your questions. II. General Provisions

2.1 The goods available in the Store are shipped from Rzeszów, Poland. The shipment is handled by DPD or another courier service chosen by the Customer. Larger orders may be packed on pallets, and cost-effective carriers can be found through clicktrans.pl. 2.2 The Store ships goods across Europe. 2.3 Orders received are dispatched the next business day. Payment may be made upon receipt of the order, based on mutual agreement. 2.4 If any defects are found in the goods, they will be replaced free of charge.

III. Definitions

  1. Customer – A natural person, legal person, or organizational unit without legal personality, granted legal capacity by law, who places an order within the Store.
  2. Regulations – These regulations for the provision of services electronically within the online store canvas-frames.com.
  3. Online Store (Store) – Internet service available at canvas-frames.com, through which the Customer may place orders.
  4. Goods – Products presented in the Online Store.
  5. Sales Agreement – Agreement for the sale of Goods concluded between the Online Store and the Customer, using the Store’s online service.
